THE COSMONAUTS – Sketch Comedy

Hilarious, twisted, and fresh, The Cosmonauts are one of the longest-running sketch comedy troupes in Arizona, celebrating their ten-year anniversary of performing on stages around the Valley. They don’t do improv, but rather perform 100%-scripted original sketches they write themselves. Think SNL if it were R-rated. The Cosmonauts are Official Selections of the 2021 Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival, the 2021 Portland Comedy Film Festival, the 2020 San Francisco Sketchfest, the 2018 Joshua Tree International Improv/Comedy Festival, and numerous local festivals. They are also semi-regulars on Go Sketch Yourself, a streaming sketch show on Twitch hosted by The Pack Theater in Los Angeles.

This production is independent of Desert Stages Theatre, and requires proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 72 hours of show dates before entry. Audience members must wear masks.
